Hi wolfy,

Sometimes, the error messages aren't accurate with the problem

Try this:

- Uninstall Punch
- Defrag the HD
- Close other programs
- Install Punch and the patch after

The patch works better after a new installation.

I am having the same kind of undo hard disk full error and all my work is vanishing. I have version 4.5.1 Pro Home Design Suite Platinum. What should I do ??? I have uninstalled and defraged with no change

I am having some kind of conflict with my ati driver,after I updated the driver to the latest version, and I updated the punchproplatinum to latest version, I now get a message on start up that the ati driver is either missing or damaged and that it is shutting down the desktop portion of the ati program, I have rolled back, then uninstalled punch, my ati driver, everywhich way and i still have the same message when starting up. Also now i cant change wall collors any more. Help! Phil

Hi Philip Davis,

I saw this before, at least 2 users reported this issue
I assume you're talking about Catalyst? Did you read the ATI notes before the installation regarding Windows updates?

This is what I'd suggest
- Uninstall all the ATI Catalyst drivers (if you can, use the Catalyst uninstall). Follow these instructions https://support.ati.com/...owledge&questionID=20870
- Uninstall Punch
- Clean up the recycle bin and the HD
- Go to the Windows page--> update--> install all the available downloads for your system
- If you are going to install Catalyst Control Center, notice that you must have Microsoft .NET Framework installed
- Install the new ATI driver

WHAT IS THE PATCH? SOMETHING IM MISSING?NEEDED FOR PLATINUM UPGRADE? I UPGRADED FROM SUPER HOME TO PRO PLATINUM & I NOT HAPPY. TO MANY CAD STYLE DRAWING CAPABILITIES SACRAFICED, MAYBE TO MAKE ROOM FOR THINGS I WONT USE, ALSO MOUSE CLICK DRAWING COMMAND NOT SCROLLING AS THEY DID IN SUPER HOME SUITE. IF ITS HARDER TO DRAW, WHY IS THIS CALLED AN UPGRADE?
