Platinum 4.5.1. and Platinum V8 have Stiffener Beams capability, however I would like to add a comment about the Snap tool.
You are right about the video tutorial and the snap bar: the video shows the procedure for AS 4000.
Punch AS 3000, AS 4000, MLP, Interiors and AS 18 V8 have the Snap bar (right of the screen, as showed in the tutorial), so you can drop the beams or other elements following dimensions, center, etc. Unfortunately, Punch Platinum 4.5.1. or Platinum 8 don't have this capability
The only snap capability of these versions is the "snap to grid" feature
