Hi fd2132,
The first and obvious question is: are you close enough to the wall? are you trying to apply your trim through a door or a window? Is you wall with the right elevation regarding ceilings and floors, so the moldings are visible? Try this: open an empty file in Punch, draw a wall (just a wall, no floor, no ceiling)--> apply a trim. If you can't apply it, perhaps you've a hardware problem

Hi fd2132, Just to confirm: the process to apply crown molding is--> Trim--> Crown trim library--> choose the shape--> drag and drop on the wall (in liveview) Are you using this process. Notice that, for the base trims, you should use the Base trim library and for the crown you should use Crown trim library If this point doesn't solve the problem, email me your file and I will check it Patricia [email protected] |
