So, I'm wondering if the landscape tools are better in Master Landscape Pro 10.5 than they are in Pro Plat v10. Sure, I understand that Pro Plat has a whole slew of stuff that I'm not using, but at this point, purchasing the upgrade to Pro Plat is more cost effective than purchasing Master Landscape Pro. So, does Master Landscape have functionalities not available in Pro Plat that would make the additional expense worthwhile? Thanks so much for your responses.

In my opinion, yes. If you are going to use only the landscape features, go with MLP 10.5

I just remembered a fact.
With MLP 10.5 or Platinum V10 you can't import directly your own textures, you can only modify the textures with the Material Modifier AS 4000 V10 has the Material workshop allowing you to import your own textures
Hope this helps

I am having problems using plant finder by name and and then selecting it. Any suggestions or is this 4.5.1?

Appreciate the input. :)
It's only $20 to upgrade to Plat v10 if you own a previous version (which I do), as opposed to buying a fresh copy of MLP for $70.
