Hi David Hays,

The 2D shapes, lines, etc are located in the Detail Tab

IN the image attached, you can see a screenshot of the Detail Tab, and its features. If this is not present in your sw, please, contact Punch TD

I was showing the detail tab, not the snap tool, which Platinum has not, of course

Hi Donna,

I was checking this again with my info before the answer.
For some reason, one of my Customers, has a Plat version with this feature, I saw a 2D drawing last week and I was also surprised. I imagined these features as a special offer or a bonus pack (as they did with the Material Workshop)
He is out of the country now (Thailand), but he's returning soon, I will ask him a conformation and a screen shot

Patricia Have you been able to obtain any further insights re: my question regarding 2D line styles, etc? I have received zero response from Punch and am still hoping to find a positive resolution to this problem. It is hard for me to believe that a CAD program would not even include basic line styles and fill patterns...even PowerPoint has dashed lines! Thank you!

Hi David,

This is Mr. Sullivan's answer: "I confirm the lines issue, talk with you as soon as I return to the States".

Therefore, I can't provide other answer today

But, lets play safe and assume you've the default program: so, unfortunately, it has not the line styles
