Hi Steve,

Usually, the installation is automatic. This means that you proceed to install the file #1 and the 2nd and 3rd are supposed to install automatically (you don't need to activate them)
Now, if this process fails or one of the files is corrupted, I'd suggest to contact with Punch technical assistance

I had reformat and I lost my download, is there any way of getting a new link to download it again?? Or possibly a disk?? Thank you. Dave
