Hi mcurtis,
Check the image attached.
If you can't visualize the preview bar as it appears in the image, try this:
- Close your programs. Go to your desktop.
- Right click --> Properties --> Settings --> Advanced
- Search the configuration for the Display (The tab is different in different Windows / Video card configurations).
- Set the DPI settings in Normal Size (96 DPI)
This should correct the problem

Hi everyone!
I just purchased this Punch software (Pro Platinum V8) this weekend. So perhaps this is an easy fix for experienced users.
I select a window style, type in the size, along with the elevation and trim size, and drag it to the wall I want. But it keeps changing the height and elevation on its own? I try to change the size back, but it won't let me keep what I enter? Help!

Hi Rich,
For V8 versions or up, after you enter the windows or doors dimensions or a wall dimension you need to press the enter key in your keyboard

Thanks for the advice, I was pressing the enter button after I had entered all the dimensions, and it was changing all but the last dimension. But after reading your reply, I figured out I needed to push it after entering every dimension. So now it works! Thanks so much for your help.

there is a window design which i cant find in the object list of my punch software platinum v 10, and neither on the website of punch in the upload/download section.
i have that designs picture, how can i show?

Hi there,
Your program doesn't have the Window Designer Power Tool, so you can't create Custom Windows.
I saw the image you sent me, but unfortunately, you can't transfer windows from the Best Home and Gardens program to Punch
Try this--> use the Punch Updater--> Download the elements--> check the Vent section--> I guess these windows will help
