This issue happens when the exterior walls are not linked

Notice this important item of the help file:
"Your design must have a completely closed perimeter, drawn with exterior walls for the Roofing Wizard to draw a roof. If your design does not have a continuous perimeter, no roof will be drawn" So check this for the 2nd and 3rd floors

This is the way I use to check if all is connected
1 - verify if all the walls are exterior (I'd suggest to verify one by one)
2 - Select one wall and try to move it--> if they are linked, all the walls will be selected and will change the color
3 - select all the exterior walls and verify if there aren't "new" points in the walls (perhaps there is a forgotten wall...)

I am unable to get the wizard to draw a roof on my second floor. I've read the suggestions, My exterior walls all connect, they are all the same height, and I've set the elevation, yet the wizard continues to draw the roof on the first floor.

I don't know what else to do. I saw where someone offered to look at a file. Is that offer still open, who do I send it to?
