How do I create a set of cabinets that attach to the ceiling and I also wanted two sides with glass but can't figure it out

I'm no expert by far but I don't think you can because, unlike previous versions, cabinets are now attached to walls. You used to be able to put a cabinet anywhere but not anymore. That is one of things I hate about these newer "improved" versions. Of course, you can make an elevated 1" wall and attach your cabinets to that. But you should not have to IMO.
