Patricia, I had to reload my Punch Software. When I open the program and a file, the floor plans are not visible. All 3D images are visible. Could there be a setting that is not correct? Thanks, Tom.

Hi Tom,
Try this => start with the first level, go to the first tab (Foundation) and go over the following tabs (Floor, Electrical, etc). Repeat the process for all the floors, with all the tabs , until you find the floor plan. In order to visualize the full workspace use => 2D => Fit to window or 2D => Set Zoom => use 10% (for example).
Hope this helps. |

The steps you suggested did not work. There are no images, marks of any kind on the screen.

I received you file and your note that the same happens the sample floor plan files. 2D and 3D work fine in my computer. I'd suggest that you check this issue with tech support [email protected], because it looks like a hardware issue. |

Patricia, thanks for your input. It was hardware issue. I had a new hard drive installed and Punch is working now. Have a great day.
