I have created an animation path, about 8 segments long, and have set all the views and elevations. When I go to export an AVI animation, name the file and then click "Save", the screen shows the current "3D Walk-Through" position/view, then in the status will say "rendering" and then within a second return to the split 2D/3D view. When I look in the folder where I'd like to have the animation exported to, there are no files listed, as if the export didn't take place.
I've searched the help, and video tutorials, and have read the help guide, and cannot find anything that assists me with resolving this issue. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
My system is running off an i7 Core, Nvidia Gforce 1660 graphics card, and 32 Gigs of memory, and my design is only 24 megs in size and is primarily just a structure as I've not placed any objects within the design yet. Therefore, I don't believe this is a hardware/system problem.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone may provide!

I am having the same issue. I even created a new single room house with only one short animation segment and it never created an AVI file. I am also using Professional v21 on Windows 10 v2004 using a Dell XPS system with decent hardware/video.

I am using Home & Landscape Design Architectural Series Version 21 and I am experiencing the same problem when trying to export an Animation AVI file. No file is actually saved. Is there a fix for this yet?
