Can anyone confirm that floor plans and elevations created in Punch will export properly to a dwg file for use in AutoCad (not all on one layer).

Your question is not clear. Are you asking how to do this or is this a pre-purchase question? Do you have 3D Custom Workshop Pro Power Tool? |

Asking for confirmation that .pro files do export into a workable .dwg file. Currently use AS5000 but would upgrade to the newest version if I knew that it did indeed export properly. Does not work correctly in AS5000 as it brings everything in on one layer.

I saw that you used V20 before. AS 5000 and V22 are two very different programs with different tools and capabilities, including 3D Custom Workshop Pro option as well as the Draw Style Profiles tools in order to customize your export options. I'd suggest that you discuss your upgrade options (including the 3D Custom Workshop Pro Power Tool, that is optional) with the sales department. Hope this helps. |
