Hello, I have version 22.0.0.1023 of Home & Landscape. When I try to add an overhang to the back of base cabinets in my plan, the check box for back appears to be unusable. I'm attempting to show an existing snack bar in our kitchen. I'm aware of the work around of creating the overhang portion as custom item, but since the option was available in previous version, I'd thought I'd ask and try to keep it clean. There is also a bar top option that seems to be unusable. Much appreciated.
Trey

Hello. I'm using Architectural Series. I'm not able to include an overhang from a corner/base cabinet to include a peninsula. In the picture I included, I'm not able to include a back overhang. It's unhighlighted in all the cases I've tried. corner cabinet.jpg (17kb) downloaded 3 time(s).

Hi there, The picture you included shows a corner cabinet created with the Cabinet Tool. Some notes: - The base and top cabinets created with the Cabinet Tool are components and they are always attached to the walls. - As you can see in the image below, this corner cabinet (in yellow in the image below) is intended to be placed creating an "L" with other cabinets (in green in the image below). Therefore, as they are attached to the walls, there is no space to include a back overhang. corner cabinet.JPG (15kb) downloaded 0 time(s).- The cabinets created with the Cabinet Tool can't be edited with the 3D Workshop Power Tool. Now, if you wish to add cabinets without walls, check my Cabinets CollectionThis is a collection with dozens of cabinets, islands, sets, pieces, etc. They don’t need to be attached to a wall and they can be customized using different models, hardware, materials, colors, and features. Hope this helps |
