V24 for windows
i have a elevated ranch home i will be drawing. I will need to draw the basement level with a 48"tall block wall below grade with a 6" stud framed wall above to make up my 96" basement height.
should the block wall be drawn on one level and the stud wall be drawn on another?

IMO, this is the best option because you will have a clear definition of the materials (if you use the Estimator Power Tool). Alternatively, if you prefer, you can draw 2 stacked walls in the same level. Don't forget to define/remove the unnecessary floors/ceilings. Hope this helps. |

in your opinion the interior walls for the lower level be drawn on the same level of the lower foundation or the upper stud wall
