Hi :) I am using:Landscape, Deck & Patio Ver: 24.0.0.1013

Can we add sprinklers in this edition?

Also what about hanging plants?

As you can see in this comparison chart, different programs include different features / components. In this case, Landscape, Deck & Patio doesn't include Sprinklers and you can't add this tool.
However, in the Punch! programs, the Sprinklers are just 2D symbols (see image below) that you can easily add using the 2D elements.

You can add plants + potted plants and customize the elevation.
