I'm not sure how I did it, but somehow my design went into a full screen type of mode. That is, I have no tool bars, menu items, nothing. My legends for room descriptions, etc., are still on the design but extremely small as compared to what they should be. As I said, I don't know how I got to this point, but here I am and if I want to keep working on the plan I need to get out of it. In case I'm not clear on what I did I've attached a screenshot. Thanks for any help.

Just as an update, I believe it wasn't a softwaree issue but a hardware problem. IOW, I think I crashed my weak video card. I didn't want to close and restart because even though I'm pretty religious about saving my work I wasn't sure when I'd saved last. When it came back up everything was fine and I only had to redo a couple of small things. Years of growing up with unreliable rural power served me well.

Hello,

A tip: check your video card drivers and accelerations.

I did check this and moved the acceleration to the halfway point, my drivers are all current, I keep up on them. The problem hasn't happened again, but I'm afraid as the design gets more complicated it will once again rear its ugly head. Because of this, I have a question in another thread about migrating the software to my gaming computer which is much more capable than this one.

Hi there,

It doesn't sound like a Punch problem.
It sounds like an issue related with hardware settings.

I'd suggest to contact technical support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), settings, etc. and in addition, they will check your system, limitations, etc.
Use this form to submit a ticket.

I will clarify some concepts in your additional post.
