I have been using Punch since the early 2000’s and have used it for many successful remodeling projects, drawing floor plans for Historic preservation projects and now I am working a design project to finally build a home for my wife and I. I started out years ago on windows versions and converted to Mac about 10 years ago. For the project I am currently working on I am having trouble adding dimensions to my elevations. I can sometimes get them to display, but I am having trouble zooming in to be confident where I am starting and ending my dimensions. Also when I go to print I have adjusted the rendering quality and the dimensions do not show up. Can you point me to a resource for how to do the elevation dimensions, zooming, and printing elevations. I miss the old versions where we used to get a user guide:). I know that you there are e-manuals and I will happily purchase, but I want to make sure what I am trying to do is possible first.

Hello,

When you post questions on the Forum, please inform the exact name (Architectural Series or Essentials, etc) and version number of your program (V15 or V18 or V21, etc).
On the Mac this info is on the title menu => About…
Different programs and versions include different features, so we need the information in order to provide the correct solutions.

Also, regarding your comment => all the Punch programs include the User Guide (check the Help section)

Hi there,

V21 is an old version. I'd suggest that you contact tech support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), OS settings, etc. and also they will check your system, limitations, etc.
