...and it only shows on the other tabs if you select to see roof on one of the other tabs. is anyone having same issue. I have an older version 18.01 and purchased new one but its completely different. ANYWAY, has anyone seen this? A fix ?
...i use this function to trace other existing roofs and cannot do it if existing roofs only show up on other tabs.
any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Hello,
Your previous post show that you were using "Professional V18". Are you using " Architectural series V18" now?
Different programs and versions include different features, so we need the information in order to provide the correct solutions.

Hi there,
1 - Be sure to create the roof using the roof tab.
2 - If the roof is in another tab, select the roof (all the pieces) => Edit => Move to Plan => Roof.

thanks. however, is have used it for a decade and know to created a roof from that tab. i do not think you can create a roof if you are not on that roof tab. anyway, i create the roof on the roof tab and it instantly disappears when i finishe, and makes me go to another tab like "floor" to see the roof and be able to modify it. it has never done this before and i do not want to re install the program as Punch has said they will not provide the usage codes for this program (like when i bought a new laptop and installed on new computer...took 2 days of working w punch)
any other ideas?
