I have downloaded Premium 25 & done several 2D layouts, and my problems are TECH support related, not downloading…that’s why I was instructed to use “forum” to address program problems…the “getting started” is too much to absorb for my 79 y.o. brain…I just need instructions to fix issues that are NOT covered in the videos or that I can’t FIND the fix for like:

When I open a layout, I have to meander around the grid to find the plan—yes, I do change the zoom down to 50 before finding my plan…is there a better way to go directly to or find my plan on the grid when I first open the layout??Blink

Using the PLUMBING icon > commode or shower or tub icons, clicking on image, moving over (unable to click & drag) to layout, the selected fixture pops up on the other side of the selected “wall” NOT in the space where it needs to go…will not “flip” using the right side or the drop down edit option, nor “rotate” from the left side options. Doesn’t work either IF I widen the wall…

How do I place a chair seat under a desk/table??

FYI...my attempt to log-in was again DENIED, so I had to go to the response previously sent from the support team...

As you were told several times, there is not a Premium 25 program. We checked, and your program is Punch! 25 Home & Landscape Design Studio – Windows
This is why this topic was moved.

To place plumbing components, you need to click on a wall, because components are attached to the walls.

To place a chair seat under a table, move the chair to the desired position -> set the elevation.

Not sure what do you mean? if the log-in failed, not sure how did you post this topic?

Duh...I have REPEADELY clicked on the wall & it is a battle to get the fixture to land on the correct side, not the opposite side of the wall...
