Hi Bill McDonald,

Probably is a just a work space problem. Try these two resources
- Design--> Resize Floorplan Trace Image. Set a smaller scale, so you can check if the full bmp is there
- Change the Lot Dimensions (with the help of Topo Designer) so the BMP will fit in the lot
