Hi Theodore Warner,

To develop a perfect cone....just with the 3D workshop. However, if you work with triangles, you can elaborate a nice roof with the Roof wizard (Power Tools)
If you have a tower in your drawing, I'd suggest to copy the tower (alone) in a file so you can use the Roof wizard with options --> (for example Check Lock Generated Roof Panels / Check Lock Wall Properties / Check Remove Previously Generated Roof Panels, etc). After this, you can copy your roof back to your original drawing
