Hi chipw,

Select the wall--> Right click--> Convert he wall to Exterior

To delete the baseboards, visualize it Liveview--> Properties bar--> Trim--> Base trim library--> Base trim (top of the bar)--> Standard base trim--> Drag and drop the last icon
