Hi dreichla,
Try this 1 - Develop a Punch file with the old house only--> Run the estimator--> export the spreadsheet to Excel--> create a "spreadsheet A" 2 - Develop a Punch file with the old house + the addition--> Run the estimator--> export the spreadsheet to Excel--> create a "spreadsheet B" 3 - In Excel--> open both files and create --> "spreadsheet B" - "spreadsheet A"
