I would like to create plans for an addition to my home. Will AS4000 allow me to import a picture of my house as it is today?

Hi Michael Poggi,

Check this picture
http://www.punchhelpers.com/exterior2.html

At the left, you can see the house of my Customer, as it was before the addition, and at the right, you can see the garage designed with Punch

Hope this helps

I had the same problem when I ordered my AS4000 as a download. I did not download the secondary files that AS4000.exe needs to initialize the product and I received the same error. If this is the case, download the two files and begin again by opening the AS4000.exe file. This may work for you.
