I had the exact same problem when attempting to register my version 10. I too have been a Punch customer for a long time. Sent an email to Punch, but so far have had no answer. Probably a glitch in their web site. Lyn

Try this
Enter with your log name--> password= (blank)--> Enter--> My Stuff--> register your sw

Thanks all. Yesterday I just created a new account using my email address and registered everything and Punch was happy and said my products were now registered. Not sure what happened to the registration from the orginal time. Grumpy
