Hi Dennis Brothers,

From the point of view of the drawing capabilities, yes Punch AS 4000 can handle a project like this.
However, as you stated, you will need an engineer to determine the best type of foundation, based on calculations, type of soil, cubic ft to retain, etc
With AS 4000 can handle all the foundation options you mentioned as well as other alternatives the engineer may consider. Regarding the footing issue: you can vary the footing height with the elevation / height settings
