Not bugs, is just the way the sw works

If you have AS 4000 V8:
- you can texture the bottom of the roof
- you can't texture the fascia, but you can change the colors

If you have AS 4000 V10:
- you can texture the bottom of the roof
- you can texture or change the color of the fascia

Regarding the colors, you can select almost any color in Punch

Properties bar--> colors--> you will see a black triangle close to the name "Colors"--> you can choose between "Color ramp"and "Custom colors"

The Color ramp provides 24 different palettes
At the top of the Preview Bar, click the plus (+) or minus (-) signs next to the color to change the color set --> Scroll up and down to view the variations of that color.

Custom colors: At the top of the Preview Bar, click the down arrow next to the word "Colors" to select the Custom palettes--> In addition, if you double click on any of the Custom colors, this color is edited--> the windows color palette will appear (check the image attached)

Check the color composition (Red, Green, Blue) and the values of each color. With this color composition, you can reproduce accurately any color.
Also, clicking on Add to Custom Color will change the Custom Color for that specific project
