Probably your project became more elaborated, with more 3D workshop objects, cabinets,rails, etc, meaning more surfaces to render, then your are asking your computer to work beyond the capability (more than 100%) :-)
First, check the real resources of your computer and verify if they are according Punch minimum requirements

Second, and this is very important if you are short of resources, close all other programs while working with Punch,including email

Third, --> Go to Start--> Run--> msconfig--> Startup--> verify if all the programs running are necessary (they were opened when you started up your computer)
Also, open Punch, and your project. Then click Ctrl+Alt+Del (to open the Task Manager) and verify if you have other program running

Of course, I am assuming that your computer's maintenance (drivers, etc) is updated. If not, start with this task

At last, some users reported interferences related with spyware software (those small programs installed to spy your computer). I strongly recommend the use of "Adware". Is a free application (for personal use). I use it. You can download and install it at http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
