Unfortunately, Punch doesn't develop curved roofs

The curved roof for a dormer and the curved last section for the main roof, can be developed with the 3D workshop, as you stated.

I know that the 3D workshop is not easy, however, you can start modifying one of the objects in the libraries to fit your roof. If you have the V10 version, there is a nice curved roof, you can edit it in the 3D workshop
