The clear lines you see are not a texture problem, but a drawing problem. When joining two pieces of roof, try to use the snap tools and use zoom, so you can settle the sides of the roof pieces. Also, try to use more precision (units) so the elevations are exact

I am under the impression that you have a video card + color settings problem. The textures in your images doesn't match the free textures of my website
