Thanks for responding! I am a remodeler and am looking for a relatively easy to use program that I can work up estimates fairly quickly and also be able to show my customers a professional walk through of what the final product will look like. I am not going to be designing homes, just additions and decks. I am looking to finalize the design and have a bill of materials automatically generated. I was considering Total 3-D because I read it is simple to use but I do not think it has the framing option. Thanks for your help!! Rick
