Try this example so you can feel how it works
--> Draw a wall--> Snap Tools (right of the screen)--> choose the 3rd icon (snap to segment center)--> floor tab--> window tool (or door tool)--> apply the door or window in the wall--> it will be placed in the center of the wall

If you need to apply several elements using the same snap tool, click it twice (the point in the icon will become red) and the tool will remain selected
