I've installed my 4000 software on a new computer and receive the following error: "an error was encountered while attempting to create a PowerTool Exchange file. This could be caused by unavailable hard disk space" I also get a similair message when starting the software. I'm running XP pro on a 3 gig Intel chip with 2 gig of ram and 120 gig of free disk space. I've succesfully run the software on a much less powerfull machine. I've also reinstalled the software with no success. Any ideas?

Hi howsthat,

I'd suggest that you contact Punch TD and check the problem with them
