Hi Paul

I can think of two options
1 - In order to develop the lot boundaries (Property Lines), use the Site Planner Power Tool--> you can enter the exact dims and angles
2 - In the main program, you can race your lines and use the Arrow with the # sign--> enter the exact dimension
