I received your pictures

Three options
1 --> make the pathway straight--> define the "route" --> set is as curved
2 --> instaed of the pathway, use the ground fill tool--> it provides more defined surfaces because you can add more points
3 - use the shapes and lines in the detail tab--> select--> convert to --> pathway
