Hi
You can use the deck tool or the floor tool to create the floor and then, use the free hand roof to create the roof. The columns can be created with the 3D workshop and placed in the lower floor--> set height and elevation
Also --> Go to Furnishing--> Exterior--> Accessories--> You will find several POB columns (Punch objects)--> set the dims, texture, set elevation--> place in the porch
On addition, you can draw the porch without the rail and use a Custom fence for the rail--> you can customize the columns as posts, setting the dims, height, etc

I really appreciate you assistance. It took me a little while to figure it out but I was able to accomplish what I set out to do with your help. I looked at your website and got lots of good information.
