Hi keithb,

In the Windows Designer Power Tool, confirm if all the pieces are together and "seamless".
Select the casement and use the "Join Selected" tool --> on the right side--> just below of the "snaps bar"

If this doesn't solve the problem, send me a wall with the window and I'll check it
