Hi there, Punch AS 5000 is not a new version (is V12 and current is V16), so some features can be limited using Win 7. I have my AS5000 running in my PC with Win 7, and it works without problems Anyway, check this tutorial in my website http://www.punchhelpers.com/printingpunch.htmlPatricia |

Patricia, are there updates to AS5000 since you stated that V16 is current? I have V12 presently.

Hi kdarvell,
Nope, there are not updates for AS 5000. Bob's question was about V12's updates, hence my answer--> updates for some V12's (I was not sure about his version)

I have version 12.0.3 of AS5000, is this current? Any add-ons, a bit confusing I think.

Hi Bob,
When you buy a program (any program) the standard for the software industry is the following--> say you have a program version @@.## --> changes in the @@ part of the version mean new versions, therefore these changes (called upgrades) are paid. Changes in the ## part of the version are updates or patches, therefore they are free. This means that, if you have a program (for example) version 20.04 --> the update to version 21 is paid --> the update to version 20.05 is free
Now the current Punch versions are Versions 15 and 16, therefore the upgrade from version 12 to version 15 or 16 (new programs actually) are paid. There are not updates for AS 5000 V12.0.03. However, you can use the Punch Updater (see images attached) and verify if there are new libraries available
