Hi Telly Manolatos, There are two ways to achieve the "sand effect" - Topography: Go to Power tools--> Topo designer--> you will find several shapes, so you can create soft (or no) slopes on the terrain. You can set the elevation (+ or -) of each topo contour - Texture: you can get a more "dramatic" sand effect using a sand texture. Unfortunately, MLP 10.5 doesn't allow you to import new textures.
