Hi there,
Please inform the program name and version number of your Punch program. We need both because different programs and versions have different features.
On the PC you will find this info in the main menu->Help->About… On the Mac this info is on the title menu->About…
In the image attached, you can see a screen showing the name of the program (outlined in green) and the version number (outlined in red)
