Hi Richard York,
You can elevate Punch elements as walls, roofs, objects, etc, with increments of 1". Select the wall, roof, etc--> Edit--> Set object elevation--> write the desired elevation In the older Punch versions, you can set this elevation by right clicking the element--> Set Object Elevation

You can write the decimals but with some elements it doesn't make any difference in the dimension

Just to clarify my post, I agree that you can write the decimals, but in some cases you see the real effects only changing + /- 1"
