Hi JohnLK,
First, I guess it is a good idea to update the ATI driver (last is 6.14.10.6430).
Second, try this solution:
- Right click on the wallpaper (look for a place without icons)--> Properties--> Settings--> Advanced--> Open GL--> Compatibility Settings--> Force 16 bits--> Apply--> OK (For some ATI models the tabs are different, just look for the OpenGL tab) - Restart your computer - Open a new drawing in Punch --> draw a wall--> render to final quality and check if the above procedure fixed the problem
