If you use Platinum 4.5.1., you can't change or add categories
If you have Platinum V8--> click on the word "objects" or the small triangle close to the name(top of the properties bar)--> the categories will appear--> at the end you'll find the object organizer--> you can add / delete / rename categories, move objects, etc
