Regarding the PT disappearing, do you mean some PT or the Properties bar?
If you can't visualize the preview bar / properties bar, try this:

- Close your programs. Go to your desktop.
- Right click --> Properties --> Settings --> Advanced
- Search the configuration for the Display (The tab is different in different Windows / Video card configurations).
- Set the DPI settings in Normal Size (96 DPI)
This should correct the problem

If the snaps toolbar is unavailable in Platinum, is there a way to edit wall sections? i.e. how do you add/delete points if you want to create several wall sections within an originally 1-section wall? Thanks for the help, RC

Hi RC,

In addition, you can upgrade to AS 18 V8 (at least), so you can the snap bar tool and the add / delete points tool
