Hi Mitch

1 - Select the outlet--> Edit--> set object elevation--> write the desired elevation or Select the outlet--> right click on the elevation slider (right of your screen)--> Set elevation--> write the desired elevation

2 - With Platinum (any version), your only option is rotate the texture in Photoshop (for example, or other graphic program)--> create a texture and (if you have V8 or V10) add it as Custom texture, or replace it if you have V4.5
