Hi rubmartinez,

just draw the roof--> select it--> edit-> set object elevation--> write the desired elevation

or

draw the roof--> select it--> right click on the elevation slider-> set working elevation--> write the desired elevation

or (for Platinum 4.5.1.)

draw the roof--> right click on the roof-> set roof elevation--> write the desired elevation
