Hi richard matzke,

If you have Platinum V8 or V10 you will find these elements in the Object tab (preview bar, right of you screen). Just drag and drop a template and fill using the text tool. The title block are available in 3 languages

For other programs, these "ready to use" elements are present in all the Punch programs V7 and up.
