Hi SherryBayless,

If you can see the second floor, and not the first, probably you are working in the second floor and you selected the option "View working floor only"

Try this-->

Open your plan--> In the bottom / left of the screen, you'll find a small house icon with the current number of level --> click on the icon--> check if you selected View working floor only (see image attached)--> select the option "view all floors"

Let us know if you need additional help

Hi Patricia, I thought I replied, but my reply didn't show up later. Anyway, I tried the little house icon and "view all floors". That didn't help. The only way I can see the first floor is if I select "view working floor only", select 1st floor, and fly over it with the helicopter. The little walking guy walks straight into the 2nd floor every time.

Hi SherryBayless

Ohhhh! so, what you wish is walk through with the yellow / green man into the 1st floor and he goes to the second!
OK --> If the floor of your first floor is at 0"--> double click on the man--> set the elevation as, say, 48" (or 4')--> or set the man's elevation accordingly
This will put it in the right elevation for the first floor

Let us know if you need additional help
