Hi Steve,

Punch will print all the elements appearing in the screen, so if all the 3 levels are appearing on the screen, Punch will print them

If you wish to print each level separately, try this:
Open your plan in the first floor--> In the bottom / left of the screen, you'll find a small house icon with the current number of floor --> click on the icon--> select View working floor only (see image attached)--> The additional levels will disappear from the screen--> print--> repeat for the second and third floors

Also, you can use Design--> Visible Floors--> View working floor only
