Several Punch versions have the "Add / Delete points" feature, but unfortunately, Punch Platinum has not this feature.

Try this work around-->
use freehand shapes-->
each time you click with the left button of the mouse during the drawing, you will be creating a new point-->
adjust the shape as necessary-->
ignore the supernumerary points
